Cancelling a transaction

Due to the speed of the order process we cannot change or cancel a transaction after it has been confirmed.

 

US and Canada Shipping Policy 

• Free shipping to the U.S. and Canada via UPS® Ground service.
• Delivery time depends on your location. Please see the enclosed map for details.
• Take into consideration that your order will be processed on the same day it is placed or the day after (excluding weekends and national holidays where your order will be processed on the following business day).
• An option for express delivery exists at an additional fee (you can find it during the checkout process).
• Please supply a full address for shipping – your PO Box is not a valid shipping address.

 

US and Canada Return and Exchange Policy

• You may exchange or return any product purchased from our website within 21 days from date of purchase as long as the product is returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging. 
• If you wish to exchange or return your order file a request here.
• First exchange is Free! for size or color issues.
• For returns, you will be required to pay shipping for returned goods. ayalla can supply you a label in a cost of $10 per pair, that will be deducted from your order refund.
• ayalla is not responsible for a parcel that is lost during return shipping.
• Here at ayalla we do not charge a restocking fee.
• If you received a product different from that which you ordered or one with a manufacturing defect please contact us for a prepaid shipping slip. You can ship the product back to us free of charge and we will assess the problem and either replace the product or give you a full refund.
• Refunds for products paid via PayPal will appear instantly in your account. Refunds for products paid via credit card will appear only in the statement of the month following the return date.
• A message regarding your refund will be sent no longer than 5 days after arriving at our warehouses.
• We at ayalla do not accept products that were not purchased from our website. 

 

Holiday Season Extended Return Policy

It’s holiday season, so to help our customers, we are extending our return policy. All orders placed between November 20 and December 31 can be returned through January 31.

 

International Shipping and Returns Policy: 

• International shipping service is offered for FREE. 
• For International shipments delivery time vary and takes from 7-12 business days.         
• Please note: Deliveries made outside the U.S. may be charged with your local VAT and customs where applicable. 
• There are no returns or exchanges on international orders.
